North Baddesley is conveniently located for shops and close to the motorway network

North Baddesley is a village with a population of around 10,000 and has a Co-op convenience store, petrol station, a dental clinic and health centre. The village is steeped in history and was home to the Knights of St John of Jerusalem who stayed in North Baddesley for around 400 years until the Dissolution of the Monasteries between 1536 and 1541.

The village is located just over 3 miles from Chandler’s Ford and is close to the M27 (Cadnam to Portsmouth) and the M3 (Sunbury-on-Thames to Eastleigh). Southampton is just under 7 miles away with all the shops and facilities you would expect of any large city including Westquay, a large shopping centre and retail park. Southampton is also famous for its port which is home to some of the largest cruise ships in the world.

Chandler’s Ford with a population of over 21,000 boasted the UK’s first hypermarket, now an ASDA and has a range of small shops and a railway station on the Eastleigh to Romsey line with onward services to Southampton and London.
