"I have been very happy in my park home"

“I have lived on Lyngfield Park development since August 2019. I chose to live on Lyngfield Park as it is near my family who live in Maidenhead. The site is also handily located for surrounding areas, i.e. Maidenhead, Windsor and the motorway is not far for trips to London or down to the West Country. There is also public transport on the main road outside the park which for some is a bonus. The site is very safe as it is tucked away at the bottom of a cul-de-sac which is very reassuring as a lot of the residents live in their homes on their own. 


When I first came to view the park, I was impressed by the standard of the park homes on offer and the fact that the site was aesthetically pleasing. The homes are very comfortable and I have had no problems with mine. The park is well tended with the lawns cut regularly and the trees are maintained.


The moving in process was fairly easy and as everything is brand new I settled in within a few days. It is also inexpensive to live in a park home which was a major factor for me personally. I have been very happy in my park home and have no regrets about moving from a bricks and mortar house."

"Location: We love where we are, it is easy to get to the main road also if you have a car or use the local bus service you can get to Maidenhead, Windsor very near to M4 motorway so easy to get London."


Up keep / Maintenance:

"The residential park is kept very tidy grass areas are kept cut and look nice in the summer months also the roads are kept clean and tidy."


Our Home: "Best part of our life we spent in a house , so a big change for my wife and myself and we love it no stairs to climb now. The park home is lovely rooms are spacious, kitchen, bathrooms, shower room, bedrooms, it's a home we love very much we both said its PARADISE."


Amenities: "There are local shops, post office, shoe repairers, barber, five minute car ride you have chemist, butcher,food stores, also local doctor surgery."


What park life means to us: "We moved onto Lyngfield Park when we first got married in 1966, little did we know that we would move back here again in 2020. All of our neighbours are very friendly and helpful. We both cannot wish for a better time and place to spend our retirement on. Thank you to the site/park office staff for all your help."
