Lyngfield Residential Park is one of our newest residential parks. Bray is a picturesque village in Berkshire located on the banks of the River Thames, just 5 miles from Windsor. Bray has two of the UK’s five three-Michelin-starred restaurants, a small Post Office and petrol filling station together with shops.


Maidenhead, 2 miles away, has a good range of shops and supermarkets while all the amenities of Slough and Windsor are within 20 minutes' drive. The nearest station with frequent services to London is Maidenhead.


If you love food, you’ll definitely love Bray with its two Michelin-starred restaurants.


The Fat Duck run by chef Heston Blumenthal is in the centre of Bray and has held a three-star Michelin Guide rating since 2004. In 2005, it was named as the best restaurant in the world by Restaurant magazine and in 2008, 2009 and 2010, Best Restaurant in the UK scoring a maximum 10 out of 10 in the Good Food Guide.


The Waterside Inn Restaurant was opened by brothers Michel and Albert Roux in 1972 after their success with Le Gavroche. It is currently run by Michel's son, Alain and Cavaliere Diego Masciaga. The restaurant has three Michelin stars and, in 2010, became the first restaurant outside France to retain all three stars for twenty five years.


The village has a Post Office and petrol filling station together with a few shops.


Maidenhead is the main local shopping centre and has a good range of shops from well known High Street names to a wide variety of independent and specialist stores. You will also find the Nicholsons Shopping Centre in Maidenhead with a selection of over 60 stores including well-known names such as Next, WH Smiths, Argos, Robert Dyas and Topshop/Topman all under one roof. It also has a range of supermarkets and regularly hosts a variety of visiting markets including continental, farmers' and arts markets.


The nearest railway station with regular services into London is in Maidenhead as are the nearest doctor's and dental surgeries.


There is also a range of places to visit, Windsor being one of the most famous with its Castle which is one of the Queen’s official residences. This historic market town has a good range of shops and restaurants as well as bus and train services. Frequent bus services run into Heathrow Airport and Central London.


Bray is less than 20 minutes from Windsor, Slough and Beaconsfield.

The B3028 road runs through the centre of Bray and the A308 (Maidenhead-Windsor road) runs between Bray and the adjoining village of Holyport. The M4 motorway junction 8/9 is approximately 1 mile from Bray and Maidenhead railway station is 1.5 miles away in Maidenhead town centre.
